What you will do

  • Own and grow sales across assigned strategic OEM accounts and enterprise customers.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Executive teams.
  • Identify business opportunities in new verticals, including AIoT, Robotics, and Consumer AI.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams to build compelling proposals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience, ideally in automotive or technology-driven B2B environments.
  • High proficiency in oral and written communication/presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Proven ability to independently own revenue targets.
  • Experience handling Geely-related business is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments.
