What you will do
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and enrollment targets in China.
- Build and train agent partnerships, generate leads, and nurture prospects through the recruitment funnel.
- Plan and support events, roadshows, webinars, and localized marketing campaigns.
- Maintain CRM records, forecast pipelines, and deliver sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, regulations, and competitors; recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate with operations, admissions, and global teams for student onboarding and trainings.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Mandarin speaker with strong written and spoken English.
- Minimum 5 years in international education sales, recruitment, or admissions with China market experience.
- Deep knowledge of US/UK secondary education and visa processes (F-1, J-1 preferred).
- Proven sales track record, CRM experience, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within China and occasionally internationally; cross-timezone collaboration.
