TL;DR

Sales Representative (Automotive IAM): Achieve regional sales targets by breaking them down to reps and customers, managing progress, and optimizing channels with an accent on sustainable growth and market share increase. Focus on identifying customer demands, monitoring sales activities, and proactive market intelligence gathering including competitor activities.

Location: Shanghai, CN (frequent business trips >50%)

What you will do

  • Achieve regional sales targets, breaking them down to sales reps and customers per company strategy.
  • Track target progress, identify gaps, and implement countermeasures.
  • Manage regional reports, sales activities, customer demands, and sustainable growth support.
  • Maintain channels, develop new ones in blank areas, and optimize customer structure.
  • Gather market info on competitors, monitor inquiries/orders/claims/payments, and track credits.
  • Support PM team with market demands for new products and arrange customer trainings.
  • Visit customers frequently, communicate internally to drive sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, >3 years proven success in IAM (Independent Aftermarket)
  • Rich sales experience in collision (technical) parts and channel management
  • Able to accept frequent business trips (>50%)
  • Good reputation in IAM, strong communication skills (internal/external), team player
  • Proactive thinking, target-driven
