What you will do

• Meet revenue sales targets and build new merchant pipeline for SME hunting team
• Recruit merchants via bank/non-bank referrals, hotline, existing customers, cold calls, and provide tailored solutions
• Manage full onboarding and deployment process for new merchants
• Prepare proposals and pricing for interested merchants, coordinating with AP regional teams if needed
• Perform account management for new merchants with internal support functions
• Apply product knowledge and selling skills to close leads independently

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of card acceptance and merchant services
• Experience selling financial services (plus)
• Strong cold calling, door-to-door selling, and interpersonal skills
• Good business writing skills
• Presentable and confident in customer presentations
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, mature, independent, multitasker, works well under pressure
• Hardworking, outgoing, strong will to learn and succeed
