What you will do

• Own compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms.
• Handle data protection contracts and assessments, including DPAs and TIAs under GDPR.
• Maintain compliance documentation, AI systems inventories, and safety risk assessments.
• Perform product and feature reviews regarding consumer rights and data protection.
• Manage day-to-day legal tasks, including DMCA notices, NDA reviews, and updating Terms of Service.
• Research and analyze new regulatory guidance and legal developments affecting AI systems.

Requirements

• Legal education (Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, or recognized legal certification).
• 2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or in similar positions.
• At least 2 years of experience working specifically with contracts and data protection law.
• Perfectly fluent in English (C1+).
• Must be 100% comfortable reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated NSFW content.

Nice to have

• Full certification as an attorney or legal counsel.
• Previous experience in AI compliance.
• Fluency in additional languages.
