What you will do

• Ensure compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage data protection requirements, including GDPR, DPAs, and TIAs.
• Prepare and maintain AI Governance, consumer rights, and safety risk assessments.
• Conduct product and feature reviews for data protection and consumer rights.
• Handle day-to-day legal tasks such as DMCA notices, NDA reviews, and updates to Terms of Service and Privacy Notices.
• Research and analyze evolving legal developments in the AI regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• Legal education (Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, or recognized legal certification).
• 2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or in similar roles.
• At least 2 years of experience working with contracts and data protection law.
• Perfect fluency in English.
• Comfortable reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated content and NSFW material.

Nice to have

• Full certification as an attorney or legal counsel.
• Previous experience in AI compliance.
• Fluency in additional languages.
