hirify.global builds mobile and cloud solutions for real-time property data, powering over 5 million units in multifamily property management with its Happy Property platform.

What you will do

  • Design and execute growth strategies across the full funnel to drive leads, demos, sales-qualified opportunities, and revenue.
  • Launch and scale outbound marketing, paid acquisition campaigns, and account-based marketing for enterprise accounts.
  • Manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, optimize budgets, test new channels, and improve CAC and conversions.
  • Optimize website conversion rates, analyze funnel drop-offs, and improve demo booking flows.
  • Track attribution, build revenue-tied reporting, and run structured growth experiments.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations for aligned targeting and high-performing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Experience running paid media campaigns with ROI accountability
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, buying committees, and pipeline mechanics
  • Proven ability to tie marketing to revenue outcomes
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset with bias toward action, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with proptech or multifamily real estate
  • Experience supporting outbound motions at scale
  • Strong copywriting for conversion-focused messaging
  • Experience in fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environments
