What you will do

  • Design and execute full-funnel campaign strategies and coordinated plays that align marketing activity with sales outreach.
  • Own the Demandbase strategy, including account prioritization, intent signal activation, and audience segmentation.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email, webinars, and field events.
  • Partner with SDR/AE teams to create joint account plans and provide visibility into account engagement and intent data.
  • Define and track pipeline KPIs, focusing on target account engagement and opportunity attribution.
  • Utilize AI to automate workflows, accelerate research/copy, and streamline campaign operations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3–4+ years owning ABM and/or demand generation in enterprise tech or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency for workflow automation and output acceleration.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Demandbase, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven track record of designing sales-marketing motions that produce measurable pipeline.

Nice to have

  • Background in retail, logistics, supply chain, or adjacent verticals.
