What you will do
- Provide front-line support to end users of the BAMS product suite via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot, triage, and manage trading inquiries from point of origin to resolution.
- Utilize Agentic AI tools and automation platforms for issue diagnosis and root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven improvements in monitoring and support processes.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal partners regarding issue status.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and AI training datasets to enhance support intelligence.
Requirements
- Degree in Computing or Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading.
- Technical support experience in a client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and Transact SQL.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots) to improve operational efficiency.
Nice to have
- Front office (traders) support experience.
- Experience with product functional testing.
