Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

What you will do

• Ensure critical systems meet service levels for high availability, reliability, and resilience; maintain monitoring, backup/recovery, capacity management, and DR/BCP readiness.
• Manage and operate hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and cloud, including connectivity and security components for scalable platforms.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible; administer Windows and RHEL systems, including patching and vulnerability management.
• Monitor health and performance with observability tools; lead incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventative improvements.
• Coordinate security, compliance controls, audit readiness, and remediation tracking.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members on operational processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years in infrastructure operations; eligibility to work in Canada required.
• Strong background in Azure or AWS, including landing zones, Kubernetes, databases, and observability.
• Experience with DevOps tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible.
• 5+ years with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server; VMware management.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, MS SQL, observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, high availability, backup technologies (Veeam), and audit-ready operations.
