What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for Level 1 & Level 2 Incident and Problem Management.
• Manage and support a portfolio of in-house and vendor applications.
• Document processes, procedures, and policies for platform governance.
• Monitor internal processes to ensure proactive resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate and implement new platform releases with business users.
• Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytical support and administration of business applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of application architecture and database infrastructure setup.
• Experience supporting applications across Desktop, Server, and SaaS environments.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Windows Server, Linux, Java applications, IIS, Apache Tomcat, SQL Server, Oracle DB, and AWS.
• Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL standards (certification is a plus).
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
