What you will do

• Manage and support the organization's hybrid cloud infrastructure, focusing on Azure and Microsoft technologies.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical support incidents and problems for clients.
• Implement and test changes following Change Management procedures to close service gaps.
• Monitor customer environments to provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation for supported client environments.
• Handle escalations to management or third-party vendors based on SLA contracts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Calgary, AB, Canada.
• 5+ years of experience supporting clients via phone, email, or desk side.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS and Azure Stack HCI.
• Experience with Windows and Linux Server Operating Systems, Hyper-V, and S2D.
• Proficiency in ARM templates and PowerShell scripting.
• Relevant Azure certifications.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• ITIL Certification.
• French language proficiency.
• Experience in a 24x7 technical support environment.
