What you will do

• Administer servers, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure across on-premise and cloud.
• Manage system access, authentication, and secure remote connectivity for security and compliance.
• Support SaaS cloud infrastructure, including migrations and modernization.
• Provide Tier 3 support, performance troubleshooting, and on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable solutions and mentor juniors.
• Evaluate and implement new tools for automation and improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or infrastructure roles with Tier 3 support capability.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server (2012+), upgrades, and migrations.
• Hands-on with VMware ESXi, Azure, AWS, enterprise storage (Nimble, HPE Qumulo).
• Networking with HPE Aruba switches and Fortinet firewalls or equivalent.
• Authentication services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML) and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Collaborative with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
