What you will do

• Lead HR strategy for multiple business units or regions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Apply conceptual thinking to develop innovative solutions for complex and ambiguous organizational challenges.
• Advise senior leaders and peers on advanced HR matters and their potential organizational implications.
• Determine methods and procedures for new HR assignments and drive innovative approaches.
• Network with key cross-functional contacts to influence broader organizational initiatives.
• Ensure legislative compliance for assigned countries and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 8 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partnering and organizational development.
• Extensive knowledge of UK Employment Law.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to influence diverse audiences.
• Expertise in multiple HR disciplines and the ability to work across functions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of Irish or wider European employment law.
• Experience navigating a blue-collar environment.
