Location: In-person full-time at Williamsburg, Brooklyn showroom (Sunday-Thursday schedule)
Salary: $80k - $95k annually

What you will do
- Recruit, mentor, and lead Customer Experience Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Concierges to hit quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives to drive showroom sales and business growth.
- Own showroom and office operations, ensuring top standards in customer service and efficiency.
- Partner with operations analysts for team scheduling and coverage.
- Foster positive team environment, provide training, feedback, and participate in hiring.
- Lead customer appointments, maintain visual merchandising, handle inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Proven retail or DTC sales management experience achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Business acumen for data analysis and strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust CRM software experience.
- BA degree or equivalent preferred; entrepreneurial mindset.
