What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and lead Customer Experience Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Concierges to hit quarterly sales targets.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives to drive showroom sales and business growth.
• Own showroom and office operations, ensuring top standards in customer service and efficiency.
• Partner with operations analysts for team scheduling and coverage.
• Foster positive team environment, provide training, feedback, and participate in hiring.
• Lead customer appointments, maintain visual merchandising, handle inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Proven retail or DTC sales management experience achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Business acumen for data analysis and strategic decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Robust CRM software experience.
• BA degree or equivalent preferred; entrepreneurial mindset.
