What you will do

• Maximize team performance through coaching, regular feedback, and personalized career development plans.
• Execute the company's product roadmap, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align technical projects with business goals.
• Manage team budgets and control operational running costs.
• Partner with Design, Product, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth end-to-end deployment.
• Drive a data-driven culture by monitoring quality indicators and encouraging engineering innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading high-performing teams.
• Strong Agile mindset and experience educating teams on agile principles.
• Experience implementing AI-powered processes and tools to accelerate development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Positive, collaborative, and flexible 'can-do' attitude.

• Previous experience in successful tech companies.
• Proven track record of building scalable web applications.
