What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and P&L for embedded banking and bill pay products.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with clients, serving as a trusted partner to drive product success.
• Drive end-user adoption and activation through product-embedded channels like dashboards and lifecycle communications.
• Prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Monitor hirify.global economics and build operational workflows to ensure products scale responsibly and compliantly.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including significant experience in fintech.
• Prior ownership of a product, business line, or P&L with a track record of scaling new offerings.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills working with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Experience navigating regulated environments and managing tradeoffs between growth and risk.
• Must be based in New York City.
