What you will do

• Develop commercial strategies, revenue streams, and go-to-market plans for the platform offering.
• Forge strategic partnerships within the Arbitrum and broader Ethereum ecosystems to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate customer needs and deal-driven insights into development.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization comprising product and design teams.
• Manage the Platform team’s KPIs and budgets while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Security.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and with key partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in commercial leadership, enterprise sales, product strategy, or general management.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals and scaling revenue streams.
• Deep knowledge of digital wallets, payments, or Web3 products; experience in consumer fintech or crypto is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance.
• Ability to operate in technically complex, fast-moving product environments.
• Must not be based in California or Colorado
