Chief of Staff (Executive Office) and VP of Strategy & Operations (Fintech): Serving as senior partner to CEO and CBO, owning the central Strategy & Operations team, shaping enterprise strategy, refining operating model, and driving hardest company problems to resolution. Focus on high-stakes executive communications, leading cross-functional initiatives, building high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
Location: Hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in New York Headquarters. NYC-based and available to work from 's Union Square office 3+ days per week. For candidates outside NY/NJ/SF area, eligible for relocation assistance program.
Salary: $264,000-330,000 (NY/NJ/CA base salary range).

What you will do
- Serve as Chief of Staff to Executive Office: act as thought partner to CEO and CBO, own high-stakes communications like board materials and company messaging, manage executive rhythm, lead special projects.
- Drive enterprise strategy and cross-functional initiatives: lead major projects end-to-end, shape market expansion and organizational design, advise on key decisions.
- Own Strategy & Operations team: set standards for analytical rigor and operations, lead recruiting, career development, and build team cohort with shared norms.
- Force critical conversations, influence without authority, and deliver honest feedback to top team.
Requirements
- 15+ years professional experience with track record in management consulting and/or senior S&O, Biz Ops, or Chief of Staff at high-growth companies.
- First-principles problem solver thriving in ambiguity, resilient, with proven team leadership and ability to work organizational dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, influencing up, high horsepower, AI fluency, commercial judgment, quantitative reasoning, emotional intelligence.
- NYC-based with hybrid onsite 3+ days/week in NY office.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or payments.
- Familiarity with late-stage growth company operations.
