What you will do

• Manage the full post-sale lifecycle, driving renewals and expansions to ensure predictable NRR growth.
• Identify and activate growth opportunities within the portfolio by prospecting new subsidiaries and use cases.
• Build and maintain multi-layer stakeholder maps, from daily users to senior decision-makers.
• Lead complex renewal and upsell negotiations, positioning hirify.global competitively against market rivals.
• Collaborate with Customer Engineering and Product teams to accelerate adoption and value realization.
• Champion the customer voice by surfacing insights and feedback to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in SaaS Account Management, Commercial Customer Success, or Renewal Management.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing NRR.
• Strong skills in consultative sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
• Analytical approach to pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy.
