What you will do

  • Collaborate with Direct Sales Executives and Solution Architects to grow and retain revenue from existing customers.
  • Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet quarterly expansion targets and maintain a growth pipeline.
  • Own the renewal process, converting month-to-month customers to term subscriptions to increase long-term revenue.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for onboarding, enablement, and introducing new product enhancements and ecosystem partners.
  • Drive solution awareness and adoption through sequenced outreach communications across a large customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • 3+ years of experience within the Enterprise software market or Internet/Telecommunications industries.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role.
  • Proven ability to deliver revenue results using a consultative-based selling approach.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external organizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions in enterprise customer environments.
