What you will do
- Collaborate with Direct Sales Executives and Solution Architects to grow and retain revenue from existing customers.
- Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet quarterly expansion targets and maintain a growth pipeline.
- Own the renewal process, converting month-to-month customers to term subscriptions to increase long-term revenue.
- Act as a trusted advisor for onboarding, enablement, and introducing new product enhancements and ecosystem partners.
- Drive solution awareness and adoption through sequenced outreach communications across a large customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- Must be based in Germany.
- 3+ years of experience within the Enterprise software market or Internet/Telecommunications industries.
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role.
- Proven ability to deliver revenue results using a consultative-based selling approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience in proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions in enterprise customer environments.
