What you will do

• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) processes and guide customers through technical onboarding.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.
• Partner with account executives to lead discovery and demo calls.
• Collect customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and UX/DX improvements.
• Host webinars and create public-facing technical documentation.

Requirements

• Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps.
• Must be based in EMEA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical articulation.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with secret management tools or DevSecOps infrastructure.
• Experience in a fast-scaling startup or customer-facing technical role.
• History of contributing to open source or speaking at technical events.
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts.
