What you will do
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Specialists through regular 1:1s, training, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
- Guide the team in providing expert advice on IT security solutions, supporting sales and customer success, including demos and deal strategies.
- Monitor quotas, manage pipeline, participate in complex opportunities, and collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success teams.
- Own team forecasting, deliver weekly performance updates to leadership, and leverage Salesforce for metrics analysis and data-informed decisions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
Requirements
- Location: Reading, United Kingdom
- 3+ years in sales leadership or assisted sales leadership
- 3+ years in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services environments
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Working knowledge of IT security solutions, including backup, RMM, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI, NIST)

- Demonstrated achievement against revenue targets and KPIs
- Experience delivering product demos and handling sales objections
- Ability to coach consultative selling practices
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-starter suited for fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but relevant experience suffices)
