Location: Hybrid; Must be permanently located in the United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across Northern Europe.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Drive complex enterprise sales cycles and personally engage with C-level executives at major accounts.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Success selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology).
  • Experience scaling sales teams and growing annual recurring revenue from 10M to 30M+.
