What you will do

• Evaluate global markets and develop entry strategies prioritizing regions based on commercial potential and regulatory fit.
• Identify, assess, and onboard distribution partners through sourcing, negotiations, and contracting with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver onboarding programs including product training, sales enablement, and marketing support as primary contact.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance via reviews and forecasting, and implement corrective actions for underperformance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in international sales, channel management, or business development in Life Sciences or medical devices
• Proven success managing distributor relationships across geographies
• Strong negotiation skills and international contracting experience
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Comfortable with multiple time zones, cultures, and up to 50% international travel
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent
