Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Senior Solutions Engineer (AI/Identity): Driving technical sales and customer discovery for the Auth0 Identity Platform with an accent on AI-driven customer experiences and secure identity infrastructure. Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office or meeting customers)

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive discovery to understand customer requirements and business outcomes.
• Manage technical sales progression from discovery to technical win in partnership with sales.
• Build sales presentations and product demonstrations for audiences ranging from developers to C-level executives.
• Deliver hands-on solution validation through custom demonstrations and supporting PoCs.
• Implement AI-driven customer experience integrations, including AI agents and Fine-Grained Authorization.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the Auth0 product line, identity protocols, and cloud security.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Pre-Sales role as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
• Proficiency in at least one backend stack (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby) and one frontend stack (React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with identity protocols such as OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, or LDAP.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and core security concerns (SSL/TLS, XSS, XSRF).
• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to highly skilled audiences.
• Must be based in Ireland to support a hybrid work model (2-3 days in office/client sites).

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-on (SSO).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and the role of identity in continuous oversight.
• Experience in mobile development (iOS, Android).
• Proficiency with HTTP tools like curl or Postman.
