What you will do

• Assist customers with evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and create specification documents.
• Develop sales strategies and tactics, taking full ownership of technical responsibilities within customer accounts.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise on distributed storage architectures and file systems (DAS, NAS, SAN).
• Create architecture blueprints for repeatable solutions to be delivered by the Sales team.
• Support the recruitment, hiring, and development of the Sales Engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage sales to large IT organizations.
• Understanding of classic unstructured data applications and next-generation analytics/web frameworks.
• Experience preparing and delivering technical product and architecture presentations.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in an unstructured environment.
