Salary: $160,000–$200,000 OTE annually

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives through weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and structured skill development.
- Own weekly pipeline and forecast submissions with a focus on accuracy and trend analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CS, Enablement, and Product to improve GTM execution.
- Manage the hiring process for top sales talent and create professional development plans for reps.
- Drive consistent usage of Salesforce, Gong, and other sales engagement platforms.
- Analyze performance trends to identify issues early and implement proactive solutions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 1–2+ years of team management experience.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding team targets in a quota-carrying environment.
- Strong ability to forecast, manage pipeline, and diagnose performance using data.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
