TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (Salesforce): Drive new business and expansion within large strategic accounts with an accent on full sales cycle ownership from prospecting to close and building relationships with senior IT, DevOps, and Security leaders. Focus on landing new enterprise customers, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and leading strategic conversations with C-level decision-makers.
Location: Must be living in and eligible to work in the United States. Fully remote with 25% travel.
Salary: $140,000-$150,000 per year plus commission

What you will do
- Exceed targets by landing new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts
- Manage full sales cycles from outreach to close in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Lead strategic discussions with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Forecast accurately, maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, and stay data-driven
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Marketing
- Share best practices and insights to support team success
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven record of closing complex deals
- Strong forecasting methodology like MEDDICC to qualify and build pipeline
- Ability to create pipeline and open new logos independently
- Excellent Salesforce usage and attention to detail
- Proactive ownership of pipeline and results
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to have
- Experience selling to Financial Services, Healthcare, or regulated industries
- Salesforce ecosystem experience
- Background in enterprise software or security solutions
- MBA or advanced degree
