TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth in the North American market by acquiring new enterprise accounts for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales. Focus on building pipelines, negotiating with C-suite executives, and expanding the client base in the USA.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of the Boston or Chicago hubs

Compensation: Base $115.5K, OTE $204K

What you will do

  • Manage all outbound and inbound leads for the North American market.
  • Conduct the full sales cycle, from presenting demos to closing deals and managing accounts.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global to a variety of stakeholders, from Office Managers to CFOs.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and interaction activities within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead qualification and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a SaaS sales position with a strong focus on outbound hunting.
  • Proven track record of developing a pipeline and building relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Expertise in B2B solution selling.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA.
  • Fluent written and oral English.
