Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 (Base)

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Drive consistent quota attainment and improve overall sales execution and performance.
- Manage pipeline performance, ensuring outbound activity targets are consistently met.
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to optimize lead quality and influence the product roadmap.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and sales velocity.
- Support team career development, recognition, and long-term retention planning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading Account Executives or full-cycle sellers in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of closing 6-figure deals ($100K+) with multi-stakeholder committees.
- Strong command of modern sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and take decisive action.
- High emotional intelligence and proven ability to coach high-performing teams.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Boston office.
