What you will do

• Lead and grow the company's LinkedIn presence from strategy to execution.
• Manage and scale personal profiles of subject matter experts for effective content distribution.
• Develop and publish high-quality B2B content aligned with brand and business goals.
• Optimize LinkedIn pages to increase engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
• Analyze content performance and iterate strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media and content marketing within B2B SaaS or agencies.
• Proven expertise in using LinkedIn as a strategic growth channel.
• Experience targeting English-speaking markets (US, EU, Global).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong human-centric copywriting skills and AI literacy.
• Analytical approach to performance optimization and basic design proficiency.
