What you will do
- Take full accountability for the health and performance of the LinkedIn channel, monitoring reach, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Develop and execute an integrated organic and paid LinkedIn strategy in partnership with the Paid Media team.
- Lead executive thought leadership by partnering with senior leaders to build authentic professional voices and influential platforms.
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external influencers and brand ambassadors within the HR and wellness industries.
- Drive the employee advocacy program using Sprout Social to amplify company content.
- Manage community engagement and the company's commenting strategy to build credibility with prospects and partners.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in B2B social media and LinkedIn strategy, acting as both a strategist and operator.
- Experience managing executives and thought leaders to develop their online presence.
- Fluent English proficiency for working with global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools, spreadsheets, and AI-powered optimization.
- Must be based in Brazil to support the São Paulo-based Social Media team.
