Salary: USD $150,000 - $250,000 + commission (OTE) + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits

What you will do
- Own and scale institutional pipeline through outbound prospecting, ecosystem relationships, and field sales.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across fintechs, payment platforms, wallets, and crypto infrastructure providers; represent at conferences.
- Lead full-cycle consultative sales from sourcing to close, including technical scoping with engineering and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Leverage market expertise to inform deal strategy and accelerate decisions for payments, stablecoins, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of institutional accounts as trusted advisor, driving adoption and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build outbound strategies, refine ICP, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing to develop sales playbook and GTM processes.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or strategic partnerships experience with pipeline, quota, and revenue ownership.
- Familiarity with institutional space including tokenization platforms, payment platforms, neobanks; experience selling into payments, stablecoins, digital asset infrastructure.
- Experience selling to institutional clients like neobanks, banks, asset managers, crypto companies; engage C-level stakeholders.
- Strong ability to sell technical products like APIs and infrastructure to technical and business audiences.
- Highly autonomous in early-stage GTM environments; strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Leadership.
- Knowledge and passion for DeFi and mission; willingness to travel globally.
Nice to have
- Experience in crypto infrastructure, DeFi, blockchain ecosystems.
- Hybrid Web2 SaaS/B2B sales background; exposure to payments, stablecoins, embedded finance.
- Familiarity selling technical infrastructure or API products; early GTM building like outbound programs.
