What you will do

• Facilitate the construction of monthly schedules for crew members.
• Create efficient crew pairings to optimize operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to verify and finalize monthly schedule information.
• Manage and own the vacation bid process.
• Communicate with crew members individually and in groups to resolve queries.
• Analyze crew data to trend reserve utilization and overall productivity.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in a quantitative field (business administration, economics, statistics, etc.) or relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the airline industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in crew planning or crew scheduling.
• Knowledge of NavBlue crew scheduling software or similar tools.
• Understanding of FAA regulations regarding crew member scheduling.
• Familiarity with pilot and flight attendant contractual provisions for pay, bidding, and training.
