Focus on coaching sales talent using MEDDPIC, managing C-suite relationships, and delivering predictable high-growth revenue across the Nordics.

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of account executives to develop high-performance skills and behaviors.
  • Establish territory plans, team structures, and individual quotas, including investment capacity requirements.
  • Manage revenue forecasting and strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the full revenue and customer success process.
  • Build trust-based relationships with strategic customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth and investment plan within the first 90 days.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales leader in high-growth enterprise software within the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS industry in Denmark.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in similar technology environments.
  • Expertise in methodology-based sales coaching, specifically MEDDPIC and the Challenger mentality.
  • Ability to engage and hire top sales talent in the market.
  • Strong executive network and experience managing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language proficiency required.
