What you will do

• Prepare and post daily and month-end journals to ensure an accurate financial close.
• Perform financial reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
• Calculate cross-charges and collaborate with stakeholders on updates.
• Support cost management by reviewing ledger postings and producing trend reporting.
• Maintain robust financial controls and clear procedure documentation.
• Process daily cashbook journals and reconcile transactions with operational teams.

Requirements

• Graduate degree and/or currently studying towards AAT, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office for managing complex spreadsheets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for building positive professional relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance systems such as GFAS, Web ADI, Hubble, or similar.
