What you will do

• Support annual budget, quarterly reforecasting, and long-term planning cycles.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs including P&L, cashflow, and KPI variance analysis.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial support and challenge.
• Enhance reporting tools and dashboards, including the use of Power BI for automation.
• Provide analytical support for strategic projects, pricing reviews, and board-level reporting.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
• Experience working with large data sets in a large or multi-site organisation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
