What you will do

• Deliver accurate interpretation and commentary on Revenue performance and business models.
• Own Transformative Agreement Revenue reporting and implement future reporting developments to drive long-term strategies.
• Act as the analytical bridge between Legal, Open Access, and Finance teams to translate contract clauses into financial implications.
• Design and maintain a governance framework to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and auditability of revenue data flows.
• Synthesize revenue insights into clear executive-level narratives to influence decision-making for senior leaders.
• Lead multi-phase initiatives to modernize reporting, reduce manual dependencies, and establish automated solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or a related field and/or comparable qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in financial/business controlling and analysis.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of the publishing industry.
• Ability to work with international, cross-functional teams under pressure in a complex environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP finance/controlling system environments.
• Experience with BI solutions and front-end tools.
• Business case and financial modelling experience.
