What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB hospitality accounts (50-300 employees), from lead generation to signed contract.
- Build a robust pipeline through outbound efforts (cold calls, LinkedIn) and convert inbound leads.
- Conduct deep discovery to identify operational pain points and deliver tailored product demos.
- Utilize SPIN and MEDDPICC frameworks to qualify leads and drive deals toward closing.
- Manage negotiations and ensure a smooth handoff of closed accounts to the Customer Success team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Strong ability to build a pipeline and passion for outbound hunting.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and a growth mindset toward feedback.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Location: Must be based in Berlin for hybrid work.
