What you will do

• Plan and coordinate brand and creative projects from intake through delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure projects stay on track and aligned to the brief.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Product stakeholders to resolve blockers and clarify requirements.
• Manage feedback and revision cycles, ensuring input is clear and implemented efficiently.
• Maintain the team’s project management systems using Asana, Google Suite, Slack, and Bynder.
• Continuously identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management or creative operations within a brand or marketing environment.
• Must be based in Canada (Ontario).
• Proficiency with Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to connect creative and business teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
