What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for creative campaigns, design projects, and digital experiences.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating goals into actionable project plans.
• Manage and mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams of designers and developers.
• Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee quality assurance to ensure the final product upholds the creative vision.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical departments to align with company objectives.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in a senior production role at a creative agency or design studio.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects within budget and scope.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and internal documentation.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable, Notion).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel for shoots, site visits, and client workshops.
