What you will do

• Manage end-to-end creative operations, including intake, briefing, resourcing support, and delivery tracking for media projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, status documents, and tracking reports to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate communication between internal creative teams, cross-functional partners, and external agencies or freelancers.
• Facilitate internal status meetings, stand-ups, and reviews, capturing action items and follow-ups.
• Maintain and optimize workflows, templates, and SOPs using tools like Workfront and Monday.com.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, and Account Management to align project expectations and deliverables for brand partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or trafficking.
• Experience collaborating with creative, design, or marketing teams; retail media or agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Bolingbrook, IL for a hybrid work arrangement.
