What you will do

• Serve as a senior advisor and primary contact for executive sponsors and steering committees across major industry programs.
• Build and expand strategic relationships with C-level leaders and key decision-makers to ensure long-term cooperation.
• Own and develop the Healthcare and Life Sciences consulting portfolio, taking responsibility for performance and value realization.
• Define the strategic vision for the practice and drive the evolution of industry solutions and consulting standards.
• Identify emerging trends, risks, and market shifts to advise clients and shape service offerings.
• Support sales and farming efforts by identifying new opportunities and articulating industry-specific value propositions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the real-economy sector with proven expertise in consulting and transformation leadership.
• Proven experience translating industry challenges into structured recommendations and guided solutions.
• 5+ years of experience building and guiding solution delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

• Master’s degree.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
• Deep understanding of data privacy and protection principles.
