TL;DR
Director, Marketplace Operations & Growth (RV Home Energy): Own and scale core functions driving customer acquisition, conversion, and business performance for the Energy sector with an accent on marketplace funnel optimization, P&L impact, and operational efficiency. Focus on driving process modernization, technology transformation leveraging AI and automation, and leading multi-functional teams across sales, compliance, and customer quality.
Hybrid schedule required: based in South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote)
Total Cash Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, plus equity grant eligible

What you will do
- Own end-to-end marketplace performance including lead flow, customer satisfaction, conversion rates, revenue, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize acquisition strategy, lead quality, and funnel conversion.
- Drive P&L outcomes across sales, customer lifecycle, and compliance teams using data and experimentation.
- Lead strategies to elevate customer experience, service delivery, and operational performance across Sales Centers, Customer Quality, Compliance, and Shared Services.
- Drive process modernization and technology transformation with automation, AI, and workflow systems.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, compliance controls, and workforce management; build and lead a team of 3-4.
Requirements
- Hybrid work in South Charlotte, NC required (Mon-Thu onsite)
- Hands-on, data-driven leader experienced in scaling teams, systems, and performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience driving P&L outcomes across sales, customer lifecycle, and compliance.
- Proven operator leading large, multi-functional teams in customer experience, contact centers, or shared services.
- Experience in process modernization, technological transformation, workforce management, forecasting, and KPI development.
- People-first leader and strategic communicator comfortable in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
