TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States. Flexible work location with co-working available in New York, NY.

Salary: $180,000 - $215,000 USD

hirify.global is a fast-growing Medicare platform combining AI and CRM tools to help brokers provide better healthcare access for seniors.

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify trends and guide decision-making.
  • Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments.
  • Design and optimize operational processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Support change management for new systems, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or investment banking.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical and exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience influencing cross-functionally without direct authority.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; all work must be conducted from an approved US location.

  • Prior experience working at a startup.
