What you will do

• Manage and optimize the company's presentation across B2B platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Jaggaer.
• Identify and evaluate new digital platforms to expand the company's digital footprint.
• Develop and implement best practices for platform utilization, including automation and process improvements.
• Support and engage the global Sales Community using these platforms.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety) and external technical contacts.

Requirements

• Experience in platform management, procurement, sales, or tender management, preferably in an international environment.
• Familiarity with B2B customer portals (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Proven project management experience and ability to optimize processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to strategically advise stakeholders.
• (Very) good German and English skills.
