What you will do
- Develop paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs, including rationale for tactics.
- Handle end-to-end campaign setup, QA checks, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization using advanced features.
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports, end-of-campaign summaries, and quarterly reviews with insightful commentary.
- Act as key client contact for social campaigns, presentations, and partner relationships (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Mentor team members, manage workloads, and contribute to recruitment and training.
- Collaborate with planning teams to integrate paid social into the wider marketing mix and drive innovations.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK required.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or agency roles with client/stakeholder management.
- Extensive hands-on experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest.
- Experience planning large-scale campaigns for brand and direct-response objectives.
- Strong skills in compiling detailed campaign reports and client presentations.
- Relationship-building, presentation skills, and some experience in line management or training others.
