What you will do
- Lead paid social acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit for UK and international markets.
- Ensure strict compliance with MHRA and platform health policies, managing escalations and partnering with creative teams for compliant assets.
- Own advanced paid social setups, including tracking, conversion events, audience segmentation, and attribution in a GDPR-compliant environment.
- Utilize GA4 and server-side tracking to analyse campaign and funnel performance within health data constraints.
- Translate data insights into commercially meaningful recommendations and hypothesis-led testing for senior stakeholders.
- Act as the paid social Subject Matter Expert (SME) on platform policy and compliance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle paid digital performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid social budgets (£100k+/month) hands-on across Meta and TikTok.
- Experience in regulated advertising environments, specifically with MHRA or equivalent healthcare standards.
- Technical proficiency in tracking, GA4, and consent-led frameworks.
- Strong ability to be autonomous and manage complex workloads across multiple stakeholders.
- Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid work model.
