What you will do

  • Lead paid social acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit for UK and international markets.
  • Manage large media budgets while ensuring strict compliance with MHRA and platform health policies.
  • Implement advanced tracking, conversion events, and attribution modeling using GA4 and server-side tracking.
  • Analyze funnel performance to generate commercial insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop data-driven creative briefs and compliant assets.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on platform policy, compliance, and feasibility.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle paid digital performance marketing.
  • Experience managing large-scale monthly budgets (£100k+).
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta and TikTok campaign architecture and audience strategy.
  • Experience in regulated advertising environments (MHRA or equivalent healthcare standards).
  • Technical proficiency in GA4 and consent-led tracking frameworks.
  • Must be based in the UK to support hybrid work requirements.
